What happens after I sign up?
** After you sign up, you will be asked to create a username and password to access our supporters-only page. It’s very important to fill out the google form on the supporter page with your shipping info so we know where to mail stuff :)
What will the support page include?
**Every month, we’ll be hosting a Livestream where we sing songs, take QandA, and hang out with you guys!
Stay tuned for a July Livestream update (we’re having a baby in July but still plan to try and fit one in).
**Soon we’ll begin posting videos about our new album which go more in-depth behind each song. We’ll also be regularly posting other exclusive video posts and some unreleased demos from time to time. The first demo will be the song that Dave wrote to propose to Licia! It’s called “I have a question”
How do I access the supporters-only page?
You will be immediately logged in upon signup. To log in at a later time, just click on the “Support Team Sign-In” button in the navigation menu at the top of our site and enter the username password you created upon sign up.
When will I receive the digital download of the entire album?
We will all listen to the songs together for the first time during our livestream on Thursday night, June 24th, at 8pm CST, after which we will post a download link to the entire album :)
When will my coffee mug and/or CD arrive?
The coffee mugs will be shipped out immediately and should arrive within two weeks! The CDs will be shipped out in early September.
When will I receive the personalized birthday video?
Once you log in, there are instructions to fill out your answers to a few questions (who the video is for, when it is needed by, etc…). Please fill this out asap, especially for videos that need to be sent right away!

Can I sign up if I live outside the continental US?
Yes!
Can I change my giving amount once I’ve signed up?
To change your amount, you will need to cancel your account once you are logged in and re-sign up at a new amount. If you signed up through Giving Fuel, just send an email to our manager, Keith, at info@artistgardenentertainmentc.com and he’ll be able to help!
If I signed up in the past and then cancelled, will I still receive a physical reward if I sign up again?
Alas, no. Physical rewards are just for the first time you sign up - sorry!
